Looking for information and support? Call 310-6789 to reach the Mental Health and Information and Support Line, from anywhere in the province. You will receive emotional support, and information on appropriate referral options and a wide range of support relating to mental health concerns.

KUU-US Crisis Response Services provides culturally sensitive support and counselling to Aboriginal peoples 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

ADIRS provides free, confidential information and referral services to British Columbians in need of support with any kind of substance use issue.
Referral to community substance use treatment services is available for all ages. 

Free, multilingual telephone assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
