**Dr. Singh will be relocating his practice at the end of AUGUST 2024. **

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Dr. Singh will be providing telehealth (phone call ONLY) services from 24th June 2024 onwards till 30th August 2024. This applies until end of August 2024.
Dr. Singh will assess your daily needs and if deemed appropriate, he will do his best to see you in the office on the day or within 24 hours of the phone consultation. Please bear with him during this tumultuous time.
Patients are to follow Dr. Singh, or they will have to find their OWN new physician. The office DOES NOT have a physician available to accept patients at this time.
